We do everything possible to provide you flat, upfront costs for
all of our services. However, additions or changes to the
design specs after pricing is given may incur additional fees.
Our Web hosting (when applicable) and database tools are charged
in flat monthly rates, without term commitments. We charge
an hourly rate for miscellaneous modifications to your Web site.

- Cleanup —

minor content modifications at no charge (total under
approximately 1 hour). You are charged a flat hourly rate
for any major content changes and additions not initially scoped
in your Web Design Proposal (total over approximately 1 hour).
Your balance is due upon completion.
