Our AMFIT Scanner utilizes the latest digitized computer technology to generate an image of your feet. With this image, we can make the most professional analysis of your specific foot conditions, while at the same time, create custom orthotics or inserts specifically designed for your feet.
Here's how it works:
1. Upon placement of your order we ship you a "foam impression box" complete with detailed instructions. You will take an impression of your feet and ship the box back to us using the prepaid mailer. 
2. Once received our Certidfied Pedorthist will make a positive mold identical to the coutours of your foot impression.
3. The positive mold is then placed on our Amfit Cad/Cam Digitizer and an exact duplicate of the mold is captured.
4. The image is sent to our "in store" milling and fabrication unit and your orthotic is fabricated according your
exact needs.
5. The completed orthotic is sent to you with instructions for break in and wear.
Each pair of custom orthotics is covered with cushioning material made specifically for our needs. The difference in this and "traditional" materials is our use of "anti-microbial", "poron plus" materials. We can assure you years of comfort and foot pain relief.
