Leukotape and Cover-Roll Stretch tape are materials specified for the patellofemoral (McConnell) taping technique for correcting patellar position and is often used for shoulder taping.
Cover-Roll Stretch is a cross-elastic non-woven bandage that provides light compression and easily adapts to body contours. It is excellent for areas requiring flexibility and freedom from constraint, while providing superior holding power. A polyacrylate adhesive is used to hold the dressing safely and reliably in place, even when the patient sweats, bathes, or otherwise encounters moisture. Application is easy and secure due to the integrated back split liner. The Cover Roll Stretch Bandage is single sheet tape which can easily be cut to size and secure any size or type of dressing. Although the bandage is not waterproof - it is air and exudate permeable. It is also Radiolucent, or Radio-transparent, eliminating the need to remove for x-ray examinations.
Cover Roll Stretch Bandage is hypoallergenic and is 100% latex free.
Leukotape is a rayon-backed adhesive tape that features an extremely strong zinc oxide adhesive which, combined with the high tensile strength of the tape, makes Leukotape ideal for patellofemoral taping (a taping technique for correcting patellar position). Leukotape is also ideal for managing chronic shoulder problems by realigning shoulder related structures. This can be done by taping and retraining muscles in the arm.
Leukotape P Sports Tape is latex free. Adhesive contains a dry natural rubber
